New Age of Empires III Expansion Coming...

Microsoft Game Studios, Ensemble Studios and Big Huge Games Inc. today unveiled the first details about "Age of Empires III®: The Asian Dynasties", the second expansion pack for the top-selling "Age of Empires III®" that arrives on Microsoft® Windows® XP- and Windows Vista™-based PCs this fall. The expansion pack will introduce gamers to Asian civilizations, a host of new gameplay features, and a new developer that will provide a unique spin to a classic favorite.

Players will experience firsthand the rich and historical influences of Asia while commanding their units and expanding their empire in the Eastern world. The latest expansion pack will be the first "Age of Empires" title developed by Big Huge Games, the development studio responsible for the incredibly popular real-time strategy franchise "Rise of Nations®."

Hi Members and friends,

I already did a little research and found 2 Screenshots so far. I'm really happy to see another Xpack for aoeIII®, wondering it will be compatibel with "The WarChiefs®".
I know there will be 15 Wonders for the 3 civs, for each AGE 1 wonder. Being Lord of Destruction, I led the life of Genghis Khan, and The Mongols will be 1 of the 3 civs because of the success I had conquering My neighbours. Our Father let Me bring the Theory of Warfare as Sun Tzu at the Chinese Court, but then He let Me wait 1800 years to bring this theory into action as Genghis Khan. I only made 1 mistake as Temujin : Japan was chosen from the Beginning of Time to keep Satan alive in every Culture and Nation on Earth. It was foolish to think Our Father would allow Me to conquer Japan, and I was punished by the Destruction of My Wild Horde by The Holy Winds, a Destructive Power supposingly under My Command ! But I knew Freya was in Japan, so I had to get there, she was My Queen during Asgard, when I was Odin Allfather... So I would be honored if I saw Myself in The Asian Dynasties as Temujin ! I hope I am not already travelling to the Stars by Fall, but I have a pretty fair change of witnessing this...

Hi Members,

I know now it will be Japan, China and India. This is a splendid choice, can't wait to play it ! There will be elite-Samurai and Warelephants, this gonna be fun ! And I added and centralized thesame banner as My previous Website of WASP-Clan, this was a better choice in the end !

Hi,

The only thing I look at is, well theres a lot of things on the server as well, and its going to be hard to open ports for all three games and have them all working at full speed.Either they're going to have to get another server or its going to be pretty laggy for the game, but I'm sure it will own. I'm sure es will figure out what to do and I can't wait to play it

I searched for all Screenshots of TAD, they are posted in GALLERY, you have the 2 Trailers on Heavengames and the BoxArt on the Portal. I keep the news about TAD updated as I follow it closely. I hope we will get the DEMO soon, I wonder which civ will be playable, I think the Japanese will be in the DEMO !

Thesame price as TWC ; 35 euros from the start, and 30 euros later on. In America it should be 35-40$.
